it deserves its 4 stars. we had excellant breakfast and a comfortable stay overall. superior king room was very clean and good sized.

The design of the hotel is excellent. Taste the food in Permit Room, you only need to walk 500 feet to reach it. Only 15 minutes walk to hagley park and near many other tourist attractions👍
